When you start embodying your true authentic self, it creates fear and rejection in people who operate from the ego. If you want to grow, heal and evolve you have to let go of wanting to be liked.

Remember, you dont lose real friends, real opportunities, or real relationships when you start standing up for yourself and setting clear boundaries.

You lose abusers, manipulators, narrcissists, control-freaks, attention seekers, and mental-health destroying leeches.

The job isn‘t done though by letting go of destructive people; you need to heal from the destructive patterns your ego built up to survive and deal with these peoples destructiveness.

Understand that it’s not your job to detox toxic people. It’s your job to detox the part in you that resonates with their toxicity.

And that my darling, is where real healing takes place.

Heal from what hurt you, or you will continue bleeding on ppl who didnt cut you.

When you understand that other peoples behaviour towards you is a reflection of their relationship towards themselves and says nothing about your worth of Being, you will slowly begin to free yourself from the need to react, or wanting to be liked or accepted. 🙏🏼 And it‘s the most beautiful and liberating place to be✨
